Cause Flatulence





Flatulence is generally characterized by stomach feel full, hard and slightly swollen. Flatulence is a type of digestive complaints were frequent and often experienced by adults.The main symptoms of the condition flatulence usually tend to be vague. Flatulence sufferers tend to feel a stomach complaint that feels uncomfortable and hard. The cause of stomach bloating is the presence of excess gas that causes pain, belching is persistent and abdomen that feels churned. Typically, those who suffer flatulence tend not to be able to move as usual because discomfort in the stomach and should berisitirahat at home. If flatulence is often the case, then the intensity of consumption of drugs also tend to be high.Here is the cause of flatulence:

1. Too much to swallow air.

2. Constipation or difficult bowel movements.

3. Heartburn, or abdomen that feels hot because of the stomach acid that rises.

4. Conditions of irritable bowel syndrome or indigestion which causes stomach often problematic. One of the symptoms are caused flatulence.

5. An allergy to products made from milk.

6. The habit of eating too fast, chew and swallow in a hurry hurry.

7. Increased body weight.

8. The presence of bacterial growth in the small intestine excessive and beyond the normal limits.

9. Menstruation.

10. The existence of parasites that inhabit the inside of the intestine or a condition known as giardasis.

11. The shape or structure that is not normal digestion.

12. Consumption of drugs that cause side effects such as flatulence.

13. The existence of a kind of consumption of sugar substitutes fructose and sorbitol which can not be tolerated by the stomach so that the stomach reacts experience bloating.
 
Flatulence is sometimes also an indication of a more serious medical conditions such as:

1. The existence of a buildup of fluid in the abdominal cavity assembled or ascites area which is the result of cancer, liver disease, renal failure, heart failure, congenital conditions and the presence of other diseases.

2. Conditions celiac disease or intolerance to gluten in wheat.

3. Ovarian Cancer.

4. The existence of the amount of fluid digestive enzymes produced by the pancreas that is not sufficient for the body.

To prevent the occurrence of flatulence, a few things that are changing habits and lifestyle can be done as follows:1. Do not get used to chew gum because the air can be ingested into the stomach and cause bloating.

2. Limit consumption of carbonated beverages or containing additional artificial gas.

3. Avoid foods that can cause gas to accumulate in the digestive tract such as cabbage vegetables, dried beans and lentils.

4. Consumption of food slowly.

5. Avoid drinking through a straw.

6. Reduce excess body weight to make weight and height are not balanced.

7. Consumption of beverages and foods made from milk that is lactose-free.
 
If the complaint flatulence accompanied by abdominal pain, dark-colored stool because it is saturated with blood, diarrhea, burning sensation in the stomach intensified so, the condition of vomiting and weight shrinkage without any definite cause, immediately consult a doctor to get a proper diagnosis.
