The rise of fast food in modern times interesting and delicious seen the tongue makes modern humans prefer fast food instead of making their own food, especially daily activities preoccupied with solid job and takes time. In other words, there is no time to make their own food. The question is whether fast food healthy? Not necessarily!
Many urban people (in the developed countries in general), prefer to buy ready meals in restaurants rather than make their own food, but many people ignore the bad effects of eating fast food.
